How an Engagement Runs

Assessment
A first meeting, or a workshop with the owners and authorities involved, sets out the client's objectives and answers the open questions.

Analysis and Strategy
We assess the site and its market, reviewing zoning and building rights with specialist partners where needed. This produces a clear set of development options for the client to consider.

Project Structuring
Once a direction is selected, Orvian Global establishes the project structure and brings together the client with the chosen developers or investors.

Oversight
Where the client wishes, we stay involved through the planning phase, coordinating the specialists and monitoring the agreed milestones.
Our Network
We work with a network of architects, spatial planners, engineers and financial advisers, engaged according to the requirements of each project.
Legal and tax matters, including planning law, are handled by advisers the client engages directly.
